内胆采用进口的铁氟龙管，具有良好的柔性、防粘性及耐高温性(最高250度)，可大大减少炭化现象。加热器采用进口的加热丝及耐高温线，均匀地缠绕在喉管外壁，具有良好的绝缘性及、耐高温性能。采用高质量的保温材料，确保喉管保温性能和胶水流动性。良好的弯曲性能、耐折性能，依托于优质的材料(折不断的加热丝及耐高温线)、合理的加工工艺设计，其最大弯曲半径可达25cm。进口K型感温器，能准确检测温度，控制精度在正负1度。常规8mm内胆功率120w/米，13mm内胆160w/米。会可根据客户要求定制不同类型的热熔胶管和替代国内、外品牌热熔胶管。
