The amount and thickness of glue can be adjusted, and an environmentally friendly hot melt glue machine is used instead of self-adhesive glue, water-based glue, etc
2. It has a safety design to prevent hands from getting caught in the roller, and an anti roll device to prevent work objects from being caught in the glue storage tank.
3. The main rotating system adopts stepless speed regulation, independent temperature control of rollers and rubber grooves, and dual temperature protection. The rubber drum is coated with PTFE, greatly reducing the oxidation of the rubber and ensuring reliable product quality.
4. The coating width can be designed according to different customer requirements, ranging from 200-1600mm.
5. We use branded motors, Tai'an frequency converters, and all precision components are manufactured by imported CNC machining centers.
