2、 Operating instructions:
1. Connect three-phase 380v50Hz power supply and ground wire
2. Turn on the power switch and set the temperature for using hot melt adhesive to generally not exceed 200 degrees (set according to the melting point of the hot melt adhesive).
3. Preheat for about 30 minutes and wait for the start button indicator light to turn on before pressing the start button
4. Adjust the frequency converter panel knob to control the speed
5. Adjust the height of the upper pressing wheel to slightly reduce the gap between the pressing wheel and the rolling rubber wheel. The material thickness is sufficient. First, test a product and observe whether the rubber is uniform or thin
6. If the amount of glue is too thin, adjust the rear handwheel to make it thicker clockwise and thinner counterclockwise
7. If the left and right sides are uneven or not completely glued, adjust the upper pressure wheel and left and right adjustment handwheels appropriately to achieve excellent balance and height
3、 Attention:

1. Production can only be carried out after the adjustment is completed. During the production process, try to stay away from the rubber rolling wheel and the upper pressing wheel as much as possible, and always be vigilant not to be distracted, to prevent hands from being sucked into the machine and causing serious consequences such as pressure/burns

If an accident occurs, the emergency stop button should be pressed in a timely manner, and the high-pressure wheel should be quickly adjusted before it can be removed

The equipment accessories are covered by a one-year warranty. If any malfunctions occur, please contact the manufacturer for consultation and handling. Do not disassemble or modify them yourself. If found, they will not be covered by the warranty
