When the manufacturer needs to use other hot melt adhesives, they cannot directly add another type of hot melt adhesive to the uncleaned host. The old adhesive needs to be drained before adding. 1. Firstly, it is necessary to eliminate the adhesive buildup inside the hot melt glue machine. Heat the hot melt glue machine to the working temperature and remove the glue stored in the glue box.


2. Wear protective gloves and use non shedding fabric to wipe the inner wall of the glue box. Do not use sharp tools to wipe.


3. After wiping, add some new glue and heat it to the working temperature of the new glue.


4. After the hot melt adhesive in the hot melt adhesive machine melts, remove the hot melt adhesive gun and discharge the remaining adhesive in the hot melt hose. At this time, the hot melt adhesive gun can be cleaned. After the adhesive in the hot melt glue machine and hot melt hose is discharged, connect the hot melt glue gun. Add 1/3 of new glue to the host, heat and melt, and discharge the remaining glue from the hot melt glue gun.
