Characteristics of OSD-105A Hot Melt Adhesive Machine:
1. Adopting PLC temperature control system and LCD touch screen display, the operation is intuitive and convenient. The heating elements and temperature sensors are all from well-known domestic brands, and the temperature control can be precise to plus or minus 1 degree. 4. It has a temperature over temperature alarm and power-off protection function. The over temperature value can be freely adjusted between 1-50 degrees. When the actual temperature exceeds the set value, the machine's main power supply will automatically shut down. 5. Timer on/off function, which is a 7-day time control function. The machine can be set to automatically operate and shut down according to the workers' commuting time every day.

6. Adopting a double-layer 100 mesh filter screen reduces the phenomenon of nozzle blockage, and a new type of guiding reflux device ensures more precise and stable rubber pressure adjustment. The melting cylinder is welded with the latest precision technology and guaranteed for ten years.

7. Frame style shell design, sheet metal is processed by imported CNC laser cutting machines, and the assembly and connection of the whole machine's sheet metal parts are more precise and beautiful, as well as easy to repair and maintain.

8. Adopting high-precision imported gear pumps with stable rubber and pressure output, the pump body is made of imported high-speed steel heat-treated, which extends the service life of the pump. 9. Voltage protection function of the frequency converter. When the actual temperature of the glue tank does not reach the set temperature value, the (motor) motor does not work, providing protection, extending the service life of the equipment, and avoiding economic losses caused by employees' illegal operations to the enterprise.

10. Adopting a circuit design that complies with EU standards, it has a leakage automatic shutdown protection function, making the entire equipment safer to use. For voltage detection, it has voltage overvoltage and current overcurrent protection functions to prevent damage to the equipment system due to sudden high voltage.
